We have 3x standard embroidery choices (small logo and text – up to 4,000 stitches), standard (where most logo styles fall into – up to 8,000 stitches) and larger logo (up to 12,000 stitches).

Don’t worry – our customer care team will review your order and confirm with you prior to any production – your order can be adjusted at this time to suit as well (refund of any overpayment or updated invoice sent for balance payment).

Guide

• Small Logo/Text is typically text only designs (website URL or business name)
• Standard Logo covers most chest or pocket sized logos
• Large Logo generally covers that have a lot of ‘fill’ (solid embroidery panels) within the design.

FAQ

Can I decorate multiple positions?

Yes, this is no problem at all.  If you are wanting the same design in more than 1 location – volume discounts will still apply (10x shirts with a logo in 2 positions = 20x QTY embroidery).  2x different logos will be QTY 10 (twice).

Minimum Embroidery

We offer embroidery with a minimum order quantity of 6 units per design.  Discounts apply as order volume increases.

Do I get to approve the embroidery before production?

Yes, we have 2 stage approval. 

The first to finalise the design colours/size and placement. 

The 2^nd approval is to approve the embroidery file that is created for you.

Do I need to pay a setup cost?

Yes, but only if we have not embroidered this design for you previously – this is a once-off cost.  All repeat production (embroidery that has already been set up, does not require any setup costs).

How long does embroidery add to my order?

From confirmation of order, we find that the process is typically a 15-20 working day process (to allow the transfer of stock from interstate, embroidery set up and completion.
