We can provide embroidery services for all your Workwear, Sportswear, Schoolwear products whether it be Polo’s, Hats, Shorts, Shirts etc. Or we can send your goods direct to your own Embroiderer.

If you would like us to quote on embroidery please follow the instructions below:

  1. Email sales@workwearwarehouse.com.au with the following details.
  2. State what position you would like your Embroidery eg Left Chest, Back, Shorts Leg, Front Hat, Back Hat etc.
  3. For Embroidery: send us a High Res PDF or Jpeg File of your Company Logo
  4. If no logo and you only wish to have writing, just send a word doc of what you require.
  5. Your quantities -  Very important as prices vary considerably according to quantities
  6. Please advise your shipping address

We will then email you a quote for your requirements, if accepted we will then proceed to set up your logo.

We will email your logo proof to you, for acceptance before commencing.

Shipping Fees: Please note that our minimum shipping fees only apply to the purchase of goods direct to you. If you require goods to be embroidered additional shipping is required. We will advise you of any additional shipping costs when quoting your embroidery.

Please note: we cannot refund or exchange products once items are delivered to embroiderer. This includes sizing errors, as embroiderers do not have time to individually check each order, it is a very rare occurrence but human error can occur and we make every effort to ensure accuracy.

  

 

SAMPLING

Due to our policy of only selling new stock we cannot restock samples and then on sell them to customers as they have been tried on and do not always come back in original condition not to mention the time it takes to invoice and refund by the administration team.  We really do endeavor to keep our costs down.

We do suggest if you are buying for a varied range of sizes, it is best to buy 1 of each size to be assured that fit is ok.

Please always refer to our sizing charts from the suppliers catalogues and note that when description of item says fitted (it really means fitted).

If you require decoration of your products you may return your samples to us to be included in your order.

SAMPLES

We have endeavored to put a sizing chart on each item as a reference only.  Please ALWAYS refer to the Manufacturers catalogue for accurate sizes.  Catalogues can be found on the right hand side of our front page. The only time we can refund or replace due to incorrect sizing is if the manufacturer has incorrectly sized product.
